Terms of
Service
Last updated 29 August 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Frizz. The short version of the important parts: you have to be 18, you are responsible for what you send, live means live, and we will remove people who make the place worse. The rest is the detail.
We update these policies as Frizz changes. The date above is when this version was last reviewed, and section 15 explains how we tell you about a material change.

1. Accepting these terms
Frizz is operated by Kamsa Holdings LLC (operating the Frizz app and website), a member-managed limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, USA (entity ID 2026-002012908), whose registered office is 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. In these terms "Frizz", "we" and "us" mean Kamsa Holdings LLC.
By creating an account, or by using the app or this website, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, which form part of this agreement. If you do not agree, do not use Frizz.
2. Who can use Frizz
Frizz is an adults-only service. You may use it only if all of the following are true.
- You are 18 years of age or older. There is no exception to this, and no parental or guardian consent makes an under-18 account permissible.
- You can enter a binding contract in your country of residence.
- You have not previously been removed from Frizz, and you are not evading a ban.
- You are not barred from using the service under any applicable law, sanctions regime, or sex-offender registration requirement.
We verify age at signup by date of birth and tie every account to a verified phone number. Providing a false date of birth is a breach of these terms and grounds for immediate, permanent removal. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18 we will close it and delete the associated data.
3. Your account
You need a working phone number to register. You are responsible for keeping access to that number and for everything that happens on your account.
- One account per person. Running multiple accounts, or running an account on behalf of someone else, is not allowed.
- Do not sell, rent, share or transfer your account.
- Keep your profile information accurate. Impersonating another person is a breach of these terms.
- Tell us at support@frizz.live promptly if you believe someone else has accessed your account.
4. What the service is
Frizz is a live social app. Depending on your region and the version of the app you have, it may include:
- Live rooms — real-time audio and video rooms you join or host, organised by mood.
- Whisper chat — private messages sent to one person inside a live room.
- Global chat — a single public text room. Messages there are not retained beyond 24 hours.
- Confessions — an anonymous posting space. Anonymous to other users, not to us: see section 6.
- Chemistry matching — an automated ranking of people you may get on with, based on rooms you have shared, interaction patterns and interest overlap.
- Direct messages, including voice notes and images.
We may add, change, suspend or remove features at any time. We will give reasonable notice of a change that materially reduces what you have paid for.
5. How you may behave
The Community Guidelines set out the rules in plain terms and are binding. In particular, you must not use Frizz to do any of the following.
- Post, stream or send sexual content involving anyone under 18, or any content that sexualises a minor. We report this to the relevant authorities without exception and without notice to you.
- Post, stream or send nudity or sexually explicit content.
- Harass, threaten, stalk, defame, or incite violence or hatred against any person or group.
- Share another person's private information, including their face, phone number, address or workplace, without their consent.
- Record, screenshot or redistribute another user's video, voice or messages without their consent.
- Impersonate anyone, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or organisation.
- Sell anything, advertise, run promotions, solicit money, or operate a scam of any kind.
- Use bots, scrapers or automation against the service, or attempt to access accounts, systems or data you are not entitled to.
- Circumvent moderation, a block, or a ban.
This list is not exhaustive. We may act on conduct that is harmful to other users or to the service even where it is not specifically listed.
6. Your content
You keep ownership
You keep all rights you already hold in the photos, video, audio and text you put on Frizz ("your content"). We do not claim ownership of it.
The licence you give us
To operate the service we need permission to handle your content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt for technical purposes such as transcoding and thumbnailing, transmit and display your content, for the purpose of running, securing and improving Frizz. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except that we may retain copies where section 9 or our Privacy Policy requires it, and except for content another user has already lawfully received, such as a message sent to them.
You are responsible for it
You warrant that you have the rights necessary to post your content and that it does not break the law or these terms.
Confessions are anonymous to users, not to us
Anonymous posts are shown to other users without your name attached. They remain associated with your account in our systems so that we can enforce these terms. Posting something illegal anonymously offers you no protection.
7. Live video and recording
Live means live. When you join a room with your camera or microphone on, other people in that room can see and hear you in real time, and you should assume that anything you do there may be seen by everyone present.
Recording or capturing another user without their consent is prohibited under section 5. We cannot technically prevent every capture, and you should weigh that when deciding what to show.
Rooms may be monitored by automated systems and by human moderators for safety purposes, and a room may be ended mid-stream where the guidelines are broken. We do not record or store live video during normal use. Where a stream is flagged for a safety review, a short buffer of it and still images taken from it may be retained temporarily so a moderator can assess what happened. How long that is kept is set out in section 7 of the Privacy Policy.
8. Coins, Power Pack and payments
Frizz is free to join. Some features are paid.
- Coins are a limited, revocable licence to use a digital feature inside Frizz. They are not money, hold no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred off the platform or sold. They do not expire.
- Power Pack is a recurring subscription, offered in weekly, monthly and three-monthly terms. It renews automatically for the period you selected until you cancel it.
- All purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are processed by Apple or Google under their terms. We do not sell directly through this website or take payment ourselves. Manage or cancel a subscription in your store account, not in Frizz.
- Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Power Pack is offered at USD 6.49 per week, USD 9.99 per month, or USD 16.99 for three months, which works out at USD 5.66 a month. Those are the United States prices.
The price shown in the app before you confirm a purchase is the one that applies to you. Stores set prices per region and convert them into local currency, so what you pay may differ from the figures above, and those figures may change. We are not bound by a price quoted here over the one you were shown at the point of purchase.
Refunds
Because every purchase is processed by the store, refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies. We do not process refunds directly. Contact the store you bought from.
Where you have a statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation under consumer law, including the 14-day right in the UK and EU, that right is unaffected by anything in this section. Note that where you ask us to supply digital content immediately and acknowledge the loss of the withdrawal right, that right may end once supply begins.
Unused coins are forfeited if your account is terminated for a breach of these terms.
9. Moderation and enforcement
We use automated screening and human review of profiles, photos, rooms and reports. We are not obliged to monitor everything, and we do not guarantee that we will catch everything.
Where we consider these terms or the guidelines to have been broken, we may take any of the following steps, with or without notice, in proportion to what happened:
- remove content or end a room mid-stream;
- limit features on an account;
- warn, suspend or permanently ban an account and the phone number behind it;
- preserve and disclose information to law enforcement where the law requires it or where we believe in good faith that there is a risk to someone's life or safety.
Conduct involving minors, credible threats, or non-consensual intimate content results in a permanent ban and a report to the authorities.
Appeals
If you think we got a decision wrong, write to support@frizz.live with the UID from Settings › Account. A human will review it.
10. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings › Account › Delete. Deletion is not reversible. What happens to your data afterwards is set out in the Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or close your account for a breach of these terms, for a legal requirement, or if we discontinue the service. If we close your account for a reason other than your breach, we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid subscription.
Sections 6, 8, 12, 13, 14 and 16 survive the end of this agreement.
11. App stores and third parties
If you obtained Frizz from the Apple App Store or Google Play, your use is also subject to that store's terms. Apple and Google are not parties to this agreement, have no obligation to provide support for Frizz, and are third-party beneficiaries entitled to enforce it against you.
Frizz relies on third-party providers for hosting, real-time media, payments, messaging and analytics. Their handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Disclaimers
Frizz is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and we do not verify the identity, age beyond our own checks, statements or intentions of other users. You are meeting strangers. Use the block and report tools, keep personal details to yourself until you are comfortable, and take the same care you would anywhere else.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for loss of profits, goodwill, data or opportunity, arising from your use of Frizz or from the conduct of any user.
Our total liability arising out of or relating to the service in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of the amount you paid in that period and USD 100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to you only to the extent permitted.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your content, your use of Frizz, or your breach of these terms or of the law. This does not apply to the extent the claim results from our own breach or negligence.
15. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights we will give at least 30 days' notice in the app or by message before it takes effect. Continuing to use Frizz after that date means you accept the new terms. If you do not accept them, delete your account.
16. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state courts of Wyoming, and the federal courts sitting in Wyoming where they have jurisdiction, are the venue for any dispute.
If you are a consumer, that does not take anything away from you: you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections available under the law of your country of residence, and the right to bring proceedings in the courts there.
There is no arbitration clause and no class-action waiver in these terms.
Before starting proceedings, please contact legal@frizz.live so we can try to resolve the matter directly.
