Delete your account
You can do it in the app in a few taps, or ask us by email if you don't have the app any more.
In the app
Open your profile, then Settings, and tap Delete account at the bottom. You'll be signed out and it starts straight away.
Without the app
Email legal@frizz.live from the address on your account, with "Delete my account" as the subject. Add your username or user ID (UID) if you know it.
We check the request came from you before we delete anything, so we'll reply to the address on the account. If you signed up with Google, write from that Google address.
What goes
Your profile, photos, intro video, voice notes, messages, friends, coins, quest progress and settings. All of it is gone within 30 days, and we can't bring it back.
What stays
- Confessions and comments stay on the wall without your account attached. They were anonymous already, and removing them would break other people's threads.
- Anything under an open report is kept until the report is decided, so a deletion can't be used to wipe evidence.
- Ban records are kept for up to 5 years, scrambled so they can't be turned back into your details, so a banned person can't just sign up again.
- Purchases made through Google Play or the App Store stay in Google's or Apple's own records. We don't control those.
