How we keep Frizz safe

We ask for your camera, so we owe you a safe place to use it. Here's exactly what we do.

Age gate Everyone gives their date of birth when they sign up. If you're under 18, you can't get in.

Bans stick A banned account's email can't sign up again, and a moderator is told if the same device comes back.

Photo screening Photos are checked automatically when they're uploaded. Anything flagged goes to a person to look at.

Your location Only your country shows on your profile. My area matches by city or region, only if you turn it on, and never shows your exact location or how far away anyone is.

What happens when you report someone

01If you also block them, they can't see you any more, straight away.

02A moderator reviews your report, along with the room and messages it's about.

03A moderator can end a live room on the spot, and warn, suspend or ban the account.

04Anything illegal is taken down, the account is banned, and the evidence is kept.
